Refund Policy

At PT Tutoring, we believe that results matter and that every learner deserves to learn with confidence. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how concerns are handled.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to provide high-quality, personalised tutoring that supports learners academically and builds confidence. While we cannot guarantee specific grades or outcomes, we are committed to ensuring that learners receive appropriate support and a suitable tutor match.
2. Tutor Match Guarantee
If you feel that the assigned tutor is not the right fit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to match you with another tutor who better suits your needs, subject requirements, and learning style.
A tutor change does not automatically qualify for a refund but is our first step toward resolving concerns.
3. Subject Changes
If you wish to change the subject you are receiving tutoring in, we allow subject changes where feasible. We aim to make this process simple and smooth, depending on tutor availability.
Subject changes alone do not qualify for a refund unless services cannot reasonably be continued.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
If tutoring services cannot be provided as agreed
If you are dissatisfied after the initial sessions and raise the concern promptly
If a suitable tutor replacement cannot be arranged
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be partial or full, depending on services already rendered.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not issued for:
Sessions already completed
Missed sessions without prior notice
Cancellations made after services have commenced, unless otherwise agreed
Situations where lack of progress is due to non-attendance, lack of learner engagement, or external academic factors
6. Progress Expectations
Academic improvement varies by learner. While some learners may see progress quickly, we generally recommend a minimum of five tutoring sessions, and additional sessions for exam or test preparation.
Lack of immediate improvement does not automatically qualify for a refund.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or raise a concern, please contact us using the details below and include a clear explanation of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and work toward a fair resolution.
8. Policy Updates
PT Tutoring reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply to future services.
