By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, booking tutoring services, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. About PT Tutoring

PT Tutoring (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides educational tutoring services to learners at Primary, High School, and University level. Services may be delivered online or in person, depending on availability, location, and agreement.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to learners of all ages. For learners under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent, submit enquiries, and accept these Terms on the learner’s behalf.

3. Services Offered

PT Tutoring provides personalised tutoring services, academic support, mentorship, and study guidance. The scope, frequency, and format of tutoring are agreed upon prior to commencement and may vary per learner.

We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, distinctions, or examination results. Progress depends on multiple factors including learner effort, attendance, and external academic conditions.

4. Bookings and Scheduling

Tutoring sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the client and PT Tutoring. Session availability depends on tutor availability and subject requirements.

Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time and ensuring a suitable learning environment, particularly for online sessions.

5. Payments and Pricing

All pricing is communicated clearly before services begin. Prices may vary by learner level, subject, region, and delivery method.

Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

PT Tutoring reserves the right to update pricing from time to time. Any changes will not affect already paid sessions.

6. Cancellations and Missed Sessions

Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Missed sessions without reasonable notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

PT Tutoring reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of tutor unavailability, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where applicable, refunds may be issued if services are deemed unsatisfactory or cannot be delivered as agreed.

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or services already rendered, unless required by law.

8. Tutor Matching and Changes

We aim to match learners with suitable tutors based on subject needs and learning style. If a tutor is not a good fit, PT Tutoring may assign an alternative tutor where possible.

Tutor availability is not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Learner Conduct

Learners are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. Abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct of minor learners.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, lesson materials, documents, and resources provided by PT Tutoring remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise. Content may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

PT Tutoring is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, website, or educational advice.

We do not accept responsibility for academic decisions made by learners, parents, or institutions based on tutoring support.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in activities that may harm the platform or PT Tutoring’s reputation.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website if misuse is detected.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for service delivery and communication purposes.
